Ryan P. Callaghan PE, CEO/Principal
Ryan is the founder and CEO of RP and CEC has over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction. Before RP, Ryan worked at Cowen Construction in Tusla, Oklahoma, Concrete Specialty in South Sioux City, NE, the Iowa DOT, JEO, and Howard R. Green. Ryan is an active volunteer for professional licensure and is a Governor-appointed Board Member for the South Dakota Board of Technical Professions and an elected officer with NCEES—an international organization that develops exams for engineers/surveyors as well as the Model Law engineer/surveyor. Ryan enjoys playing guitar, loves to chase new work ventures, and reads a lot!
Sheri Young, President & Partial Owner
Sheri has 36 years of experience and has been with RP Constructors since its inception. Before RP, Sheri worked for The City of Sioux City in Public Works Administration and in the City of Sioux City Clerks office. Sheri once met Rod Stewart on an escalator in Las Vegas!
Tim Lamprecht L.S., Chief Land Surveyor
Tim has over 30 years of land surveying and CADD experience. He has been with CEC for 6 years. He is licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. Tim has been in the surveying profession his entire career. After college, he worked for HWS Consulting Group in Lincoln, NE. for 5 years. Then he started working for Schieuer Surveying out of Sioux City in 1996, later MLS Land Surveying until 2016. Tim enjoys spending time at Lewis & Clark Lake camping on most holidays and his yearly vacation. His favorite sports teams are the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Minnesota Vikings. Tim grew up in the 80’s so naturally he likes most hairbands but his all-time favorite is AC/DC. He also used to drive demolition derby cars as a pastime until his first son was born. He is still somewhat involved with the sport as his nephew still participates.
Chase Corbridge, P.L.S., Senior Party Chief & Project Manager
Chase has been surveying since childhood, and it’s the only profession he has ever known. Currently, Chase holds a PLS in Colorado, while actively pursuing additional licensure in South Dakota, Iowa & Nebraska, as well as endorsement as a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS). He has extensive experience in both boundary resolution/platting and construction means/methods, from roadway and railway to bridges, and even high-rises. He is a relative newcomer to the CEC team, but feels like he “found his tribe” here. He formerly coached a high school rock climbing team to several consecutive State Championships in Colorado, and he enjoys reading, cooking, and logic/puzzle games.
Andrew Lamprecht, S.I.T., CAD Technician
Andrew has 6 years of experience and has been with CEC for 5 1/2 years. He is a Surveyor in Training, holds a Professional Certification in Auto Desk Civil 3D (2021), and has obtained a Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot’s License. Currently Andrew is the Head Civil CAD Drafter/Designer and is a loud and proud Husker fan!
